The Emerging Leaders Program Leadership Development for Early- to Mid-career Women

The Emerging Leaders Program is a curriculum-intensive program designed for early-and mid-career women in business ready to supercharge their careers and deliver better results for their companies.

Emerging Leaders: Program Overview

A dynamic combination of lecture, discussion, assessments, and workshops, the Emerging Leaders Program goes beyond traditional management training to include strategies to overcome challenges and leverage strengths for women in business.

  • The program spans 12 months with a total of 24 hours of intense training delivered in monthly 2-hour meetings for feedback and reinforcement of lessons

  • Participants better learn how to make strategic decisions, sharpen their business acumen, and strengthen their leadership competencies

  • Participants receive the Lumina Spark Assessment: A 40-page profile outlining strengths, leadership personas, and developmental areas. These principles are reinforced throughout the year to help participants better understand themselves, read their peers and leadership, and develop tactics for communicating and navigating their organizations more effectively

  • We emphasize developing business acumen, change management, managing difficult situations or people, and crafting and managing their personal brand to chart their own professional path as they rise through the ranks

Emerging Leaders: Program FAQs

foundry 101
EWF’s Emerging Leaders Program is designed for ambitious women just like you in their early-and mid-career. It is the perfect program for you if you’ve asked yourself one of these questions:

I know I can do more. How do I work toward and negotiate a promotion, new opportunity, or higher salary?
How can I step up to leadership positions?
Where can I get the tools to better navigate politics and be more strategic and successful with my career?

The program consists of a 2-hour, interactive learning session a month for twelve months, plus bridgework that includes additional resources and exercises to support mastery. We also encourage participants to connect with the class leaders and each other in 1:1s throughout the year. Participants report they spend a few hours a month working on bridgework and networking outside class.

Per individual: $2,950

For companies looking to register two or more women we offer a discounted rate of $2,500 per person. Cost includes all required course materials for sessions, Lumina Spark® psychometric assessment, and breakfast (if applicable). We offer discounts for non-profits and other special organizations, and scholarship opportunities as well.

May 2022, we will launch a new Cohort of Emerging Leaders! For more information about the upcoming Cohort, contact EWF International directly.

This is a great tool for a woman who has a busy schedule but still wants to advance her career – it’s a worthwhile investment.”
