Our Executive Presence Bootcamp is a powerful hybrid experience designed for high-achieving women Directors, Senior Directors, and VPs (or equivalent) who want to elevate their presence, performance, and personal power.

Our Executive Presence Bootcamp leverages the expertise, wisdom, insights, and experiences of hundreds of transformational leaders in the EWF International community. If you’re a woman leader ready to command the room, influence with impact, and lead without burning out — this is your moment.

You’ll emerge from the program battle-tested, more confident, and more ready to lead, no matter the challenge.

WHO:

  • Leaders at the Director, Senior Director, or VP level, or those with equivalent experience regardless of title

Each cohort is thoughtfully curated to ensure a strong peer experience, with leaders growing into senior leadership together.

HOW:

  • Each cohort capped at 30 participants (minimum 10 for internal programs)
  • Delivered by EWF Leadership Fellows and special guest experts
  • 8-week program, delivered in a hybrid format for maximum flexibility
    • 4 interactive, high-impact 120-minute virtual workshops
    • 4-day in-person leadership intensive and practicum (Dallas, TX)
    • Bridgework to solidify mastery and guide small group work
    • Weekly or bi-weekly strategy sessions with your exclusive “Grace & Space” peer-advisory small group
  • Includes leadership assessment and other tools to deepen self-awareness and impact

While the program is open to leaders of all identities, some cohorts are tailored to address the unique perceptual challenges for women leaders (typically fall cohorts).

  • $6950/per participant
  • $6450/each for companies sponsoring two or more participants
  • Additional multi-participant or self-pay discounts may be available
  • Tuition may be paid in full up front or quarterly installments
  • Tuition does not include travel costs (if required)

The majority of participants are sponsored by their companies – which recognize the return on investing in executive education of this kind.  For those investing in themselves (“self-payers”), we offer flexible arrangements and partial scholarships to help make sure this program is accessible to as many as possible.

EWF International’s core mission is to shape transformational leaders, no matter who they are. We offer a variety of programs for leaders of all levels and identities. While all our programs are open to participants of all identities, women-focused cohorts are shaped to speak to the specific perceptual challenges women leaders may face when navigating their careers. Women-focused cohorts are typically in the Fall of each year.
