Emerging Leaders: Program FAQs

foundry 101
EWF’s Emerging Leaders Program is designed for early- to mid-career professionals looking to become better leaders and deliver greater results. Nearly 50% of managers never receive any kind of formal training, which makes the difficult transitions to manager and leader exponentially tougher and more stressful. This program is proven to help support and grow professionals into more effective managers and impactful leaders – not only for their companies, but also for themselves and their families.

It’s ideal for:

  • High-performing Individual Contributors working toward a promotion
  • New managers wanting to more successfully make the transition between “doer” and “manager”
  • More experienced managers looking to become more impactful leaders
  • Companies looking to elevate and support their managers (one of the most at-risk groups for burnout!)

We offer public cohorts (both women-focused and co-ed) and turn-key, internal cohorts for individual companies.

This 12-month program includes:

  • 1 live, 2-hour workshop per month delivered virtually (open to any geography)
  • membership in a curated small group that meets between sessions to expand learning and build relationships
  • the 40-page Lumina Spark leadership assessment
  • Access to our exclusive virtual community with peers, experts, and facilitators
  • Monthly bridgework and additional resources to deepen learning and guide small group exploration
  • Extensive real-world scenarios and practical application

We deeply believe in making the Emerging Leaders program as accessible as possible to individuals and companies. Public cohorts (both women-focused and co-ed) are typically: $3450/per participant, payable up front or quarterly. Multi-participant or self-pay discounts may be available.

For internal, company-specific cohorts, pricing is based on scope, program design, and level of customization.

We typically launch public cohorts in the spring and fall of each year. Contact us at info@ewfinternational.com to find out the launch date of our next cohort.

“One of my biggest takeaways from this program is how intentional I have to be navigating the corporate landscape if I want to achieve my goal of reaching the C-Suite. About halfway through the program I began navigating a job promotion, and what I learned in the program was instrumental in helping me to negotiate that promotion successfully.”

Molly Smith, Chief Causes Officer, HundredX

“This program has really helped me understand what my true “superpowers” are and how to use them to be more successful and impactful in my work.
