JENNIFER CARTER - CEO
Known for her insightfulness, candor, and humor, Jennifer Carter is a proven leader specializing in leadership and business transformation.
Throughout her 20+ year career, Jennifer has had a passion for helping others unleash their potential and businesses increase their impact. Combined with her expertise in business strategy and leadership development, this has led her to help companies build strong, inclusive leadership pipelines, and to help people shatter barriers both personally and professionally.
Prior to joining EWF International, Jennifer was Senior Partner and co-founder of The Shinobi Group, a Dallas-based technology consulting firm focused on digital, agile, and cultural transformation.
Jennifer is a sought-after writer and speaker, an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and writes for the Dallas Business Journal's Leadership Trust.
An unabashed foodie, traveler, and explorer with relentless curiosity about the world, Jennifer loves to spend time with her family with her husband and strategy partner Jack, and is always on the lookout for partnerships and opportunities to help change the world.

Jack Carter - COO and Transformational Leadership Fellow
Known for his practical, human-centered leadership style, Jack believes innovation only lasts when culture, capability, and technology evolve together. A seasoned technology and transformation leader with 40 years of experience, he’s continually focused on helping organizations grow by developing leaders who can scale, adapt, and perform in complex, fast-changing environments.
Throughout his career, Jack has worked at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people — guiding organizations through growth, disruption, and reinvention. He has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, fast-growth mid-market organizations, and emerging businesses across industries including Aerospace, FinTech, Healthcare, Telecommunications, and consumer brands. In every setting, his focus remains the same: building strong, capable leaders and teams who deliver results without burning out.
Jack began his career as an Electrical Engineer supporting highly classified programs for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy before pivoting into software engineering and enterprise technology. Over the past three decades, he has led large-scale technology and organizational transformations—modernizing systems, improving how teams work together, and helping leaders navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.
Away from the office you will find Jack, with his wife and strategy partner Jennifer, enjoying Dallas Stars hockey, golf, food, wine, travel, adventure, and time with their family.
