She has an ability diagnos the issues within an organization, align the people and processes and help initiate the results needed to meet the strategic objectives of the organization. Klososky was the first licensee for EWF International® and in less than 12 months built a solid, successful peer advisory business with its members representing companies with over 40,000 employees and $23 billion in total annual revenues. Her franchise was featured in Entrepreneaur Magazine. She currently facilitates two executive forum groups and leads annual leadership retreats to various destinations across the US.

Through her work as an EWF International facilitator, Lynn Flinn empowers clients to move their businesses forward with intention and passion. She shows the forum and workshop participants how focus, planning and interactive learning can remove barriers to achieve maximum results.
Prior to opening EWFI, Lynn began her career at Ernst &Young in Tulsa. For eight years, she was a controller in the banking and publishing industries. Most recently, Lynn was Regional Vice President and VP of Operations in the staffing industry. Lynn is currently a partner in The Rowland Group of Staffing Companies. Through her work experiences, Lynn has learned first-hand the complexities of managing a staff and budget in fast-paced industries.
In 2004, Lynn founded the Tulsa chapter of the Oklahoma Business Ethics’ Consortium which has almost 600 members statewide. The mission is to promote Oklahoma as a state that values ethics in business.

Her solid track record of leading successful growth comes from her broad business background in senior leadership roles in the technology industry..
Tanis served as Vice President for WilTel where she managed a 500M dollar P&L and a direct team of 50 employees. She was a Sales Vice President with Level 3 Communications and EVP and an equity partner with successful startup software company, PhaseWare. She led the global relationship and team for one of NetApp’s largest customers and strategic service provider partners where the team experienced 400% revenue growth and generated 10s of millions of dollars.
A frequent public speaker on sales, marketing and women’s issues, Tanis has been featured in Sales & Marketing Management magazine.
Tanis currently serves as a Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for the Metroplex Technology Business Council, the largest technology trade association in Texas. She serves on the Business Advisory Council for the Business School of Oklahoma Christian University and the Advisory Board for ATW (Alliance of Technology and Women).
A devoted public servant, her past board service includes the Tulsa Chapter of the American Red Cross where she received Board Volunteer of the Year; Dale Rogers Training Center in Oklahoma City where she also served a term as Board President; and the International Board of Sales & Marketing Executives International (SMEI). She served as President of three different chapters of SMEI in Dallas, Oklahoma City and Tulsa and was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Sales & Marketing Executives International Board. Tanis was a finalist in the annual Journal Record Woman of the Year in Oklahoma City and is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa.

Ann Gray is a creative business strategist, educator, and an advocate for innovative business solutions. As the founder of Gray Strategy Consultants, Inc and owner of EWF International, LLC – Ann has an extensive history of training and consulting within a wide variety of organizational dynamics and structures.
Ann began her career in banking, where she led multiple branches through vigorous sales and marketing strategies for rapid growth. While leading the commercial lending department within each branch, this position in banking led her to direct organizations toward internal and external growth – through strategic planning.
Ann has developed strategies for improvement plans and growth solutions throughout her career, working with corporations, non-profit organizations, as well as small businesses around the world.
Ann also uses her passion for strategic planning and educating business leaders by teaching courses in the Master’s Degree program at Oklahoma Baptist University, as an Adjunct Professor. She teaches an Organizational Strategies course as well as Leadership in Organizations and Organizational Behavior and Human Resources.
